Learn more about the Kindle Fire HD 7" and the Kindle Fire HD 8.9" tablets! You'll see brilliant pictures of these amazing HD devices, the packaging and everything that comes in the box, how to view the "Getting Started" tutorial, and much more!
If you would like to save a little cash but still get a Kindle Fire you now can!
The original 7" Kindle Fire
(NON HD) has been upgraded with twice the memory (RAM, not storage, it still has only 8GB space), is
40% faster, and has a longer battery life. Us fans are calling it the "second generation" Kindle Fire.
And it's ONLY $159! What a deal!
UPDATE: This tablet is no longer available, see the 2014 Kindle Fires for the latest releases.
Not sure if you want one of these "older" tablets? How about learning all the Kindle Fire can do!
See pictures of all the new Kindle Fire HD Backgrounds! These images come pre-loaded on the HD tablets, although there are less of them then the original Kindle Fire Backgrounds.
One cool new features is that the background (opening screen) now rotates, so the photographs are shown in both portrait and landscape.
(To see the pics you need to opt-out of the ads. More on that in this article.)
These Kindle Fire HD 7" and HD 8.9" tablets are amazing! I'm thrilled with mine and use it ALL the time.
If you buy a new Kindle Fire be sure to check out the extra Kindle Fire Warranty which comes with accident protection in case you (or someone else) drop or break it. You only have 30 days to qualify for this warranty so don't miss out!
Although I bought the new Kindle Fire HD tablets, I'm still keeping my original 7" device. It will always hold a special place in my heart- it was my first!
I will still use it for specific things too, which I'll be sharing with you later, so sign up for my Kindle Fire Alerts so you don't miss out!
If you have a Kindle Fire but aren't sure which one you have, then see my article on Which Kindle Fire Tablet Do I Have?
I've also created a really cool flow chart that visually shows you how to figure out which device you have. There's an extra large image of the chart you can open up to see all the details.
It was quite a lot of fun to create, I hope you enjoy it! :)
